• “Server” or “Company Server” means the computer software or hardware that serves and hosts the Website to users across the Internet.
• “Purchase” or “order” have the meaning set forth in Section 5 herein.
• “User” has the meaning set forth above in this Agreement; for clarity, the term ”User” shall include any unniSKIN Purchaser who uses this Website to procure any Products as contemplated by Section 5 of this Agreement.
